Tabatha Michel is the AVP of Advancement and Development at Georgia State University. Tabatha has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in fundraising and event planning.

Tabatha started their career in 1999 as the Events/Corporate Giving Director at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. In 2002, they became the Director of Development at the Arthritis Foundation's Louisiana Chapter. Tabatha then moved to the Arthritis Foundation's National Office in 2003, where they served as the Annual Giving Director for five years. In 2008, they were promoted to VP of Major Donor Relations and served in that role for two years. In 2010, they became the Senior Area Director of Major Gifts. Tabatha held that position for three years before moving to Our House, Inc. in 2013, where they served as the Vice President of Development for three years.

Michel has a proven track record of success in fundraising and event planning, and has played a key role in the growth and development of several nonprofit organizations. Tabatha is a passionate advocate for the nonprofit sector and is committed to helping organizations achieve their mission and goals.

Tabatha Michel received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
