Winnie Tsang-Kosma

Winnie Tsang-Kosma is the Director of Enrollment Services Technology at Georgia State University. Winnie has over 25 years of experience in the field of student information systems and registrar services. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant Registrar at the Georgia Institute of Technology for five years. In this role, they were responsible for managing the degree certification/graduation, readmission, transfer credit, and residency areas. Winnie also implemented and conducted training in specialized VA benefits software and Banner training for staff.

Winnie Tsang-Kosma has a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from Florida State University.

They work with Tarrah Mirus - AVP, University Registrar, James Blackburn - AVP, Student Financial Services, and Carol Cohen - Assistant VP, Univ. Advisement Center. Winnie Tsang-Kosma reports to Allison Calhoun-Brown, SVP, Student Success.
