Ryan MacSpadyen

Ryan MacSpadyen, MBA, currently serves as the Head Coach and Assistant Athletic Director for Men's Lacrosse at Mercy University, focusing on developing a championship-level program recognized nationally while fostering leadership and respect among players. Concurrently, Ryan plays as a Transition Player for the Georgia Swarm Professional Lacrosse team. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Direct IME, where responsibilities involved business development and client management in the insurance sector, as well as a Physician Recruiter Assistant. Ryan's coaching background includes serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Mercy College and playing as a Co-Captain and Midfielder for the men's lacrosse team during undergraduate studies. Ryan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance, as well as a BSc Cum Laude in Corporate and Homeland Security Management from Mercy University.
