Gregory Starks P.e.

Gregory Starks P.E. PMP is an experienced project manager with a strong background in high voltage substation and transmission line projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Georgia Transmission Corporation since March 2002, Gregory has extensive experience in project management, having previously worked as a Design Engineer and Project Manager at MEAG Power from May 1993 to March 2002. Earlier in their career, Gregory was a Design Engineer at Georgia Power Company from June 1981 to May 1993, focusing on substation design and testing SCADA and communication systems. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
