Herb Payne

Herb Payne has been working in the energy industry for over four decades. With experience as a Transmission Line Engineer at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative and currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Georgia Transmission Corp., Herb has a strong background in managing and overseeing complex projects within the energy sector. Herb received their education from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1976.
