Jason Weston

Jason Weston has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in information technology roles. Jason is currently the Chief Information Officer at Georgia Urology since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Information Systems at Georgia Urology from November 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Georgia Urology, they worked at WellStar Health System from September 2017 to November 2021 as the Enterprise Application Manager, where they were responsible for strategic planning and budgeting for IT enterprise applications. From August 2015 to September 2017, they held the position of Manager, IT Project Management Office at UNC Health Care, where they led various projects and implemented innovative solutions, earning commendations from senior leadership. Jason also has experience at Adventist Health, where they held multiple roles including IT Clinical Applications Manager, IT Project Manager, and Network Engineer from 2004 to 2015. Jason began their career in the US Army as a Sergeant from September 1997 to September 2005.

Jason Weston obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Administration with a concentration in Informatics from Saint Joseph's University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento from 2000 to 2003. In addition, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma from the Lean Six Sigma Group and CPHIMS from HIMSS.
