Suzie Addison-Toor

VP, Student Success at Georgian College

Suzie joined Georgian in 2008 after 15 years of innovative community leadership creating and growing several non-profit enterprises. She held a series of leadership roles from program coordinator and manager, to Director of the Centre for Changemaking and Social Innovation. Suzie was instrumental in Georgian achieving its designation as Canada’s first – and only – Ashoka U changemaker college.

In her current role, she is accountable for Accessibility and Well-being, Athletics and Recreation, Co-op Education and Career Success, Counselling, Georgian Stores, Indigenous Services and Access Programs, Libraries and Academic Success, Social Innovation and Student Success, and Student Life.

Suzie holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from McMaster University.
