Jake Woloshyn

Jake Woloshyn is a legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Georgian since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer in Corporate and Commercial law focused on Emerging Technology and Venture Capital at Fasken from September 2019 to September 2023, and a secondment as Legal Counsel at the Toronto International Film Festival in early 2020. Jake began at Fasken as an Articling Student from July 2018 to May 2019, and previously completed a secondment as a Law Student at the Toronto International Film Festival in mid-2017. Jake's legal career also includes a Summer Student position at Fasken in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Western University (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto (2009-2014).
