Nicki Sabapathy

Nicki Sabapathy, CHRL, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of People and Culture at Georgian since March 2023. Previously, Nicki held the position of Vice President, People and Culture at RenoRun from April 2022 to March 2023. Nicki's extensive experience includes roles as Director, Global Talent at Shopify, Head of Human Resources - Canada at Cisco, and Senior HR Business Partner Manager at Toyota Canada Inc. Additionally, Nicki worked as a Senior OD/HR Business Partner Manager at BlackBerry and as Senior Human Resources Manager at Rogers Communications. Nicki began a career in human resources as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Kohl & Frisch Limited. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from York University and a Post Graduate Program in Human Resources from the University of Toronto, along with certifications CHRP and CHRL from HRPA.
