Lisa Ingram has extensive experience in leadership and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at CIBC since November 1997, where Lisa contributes to the CIBC Leadership Institute. Ingram also holds the position of Director of Learning Solutions focused on Talent Development and has experience as a Senior Instructional Designer and Financial Advisor. Since August 2021, Ingram has been an Instructor in Leadership at Georgian@ILAC. Previous experience includes working as an Investment Associate and Assistant at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Ingram's educational background includes an Executive Education degree from Yale School of Management in Women's Leadership, a RYT500 from Balanced Life Yoga, a Teacher of Adults Certificate from Centennial College, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Laurentian University, a Certificate in Law and Justice from Laurentian University, and a Certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta.
