Sergey Konovalov

Sergey Konovalov has extensive experience in the fields of metallurgical engineering and technology development. Currently serving as Koordinator Anwendungsentwicklung at Georgsmarienhütte GmbH since September 2017, Sergey previously held the position of Spezialist - Technologieentwicklung Wärmebehandlung at Schaeffler Technologies AG from July 2016 to April 2017. Prior to this, Sergey worked as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company from April 2014 to June 2016 and conducted research as a Ph.D. student at RWTH Aachen University between January 2008 and March 2014. Sergey began academic pursuits as a student research assistant at RWTH Aachen University from November 2003 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrometallurgy from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
