James Wallace

James Wallace has worked as a Data Engineer at Geoscience Australia since November 2022. Before joining Geoscience Australia, they worked as a Data Engineer at Newcastle Permanent Building Society from November 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Reporting Analyst at The Wests Group Australia from September 2019 to November 2021. James also worked as a Casual Academic at the University of Newcastle from February 2019 to September 2019.

James Wallace attended the University of Newcastle from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics with a focus on Studies in Mathematics and Statistics, as well as a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Physics. In September 2021, James obtained the certification of PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the Python Institute.
