Sagar Deshpande

Sagar Deshpande has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head - Human Resources, Associate Director, and HR Business Partner at GeoSpoc since November 2021. Prior to this, Sagar held the position of Senior Manager - Human Resource (India) at Hyflux Ltd from June 2013 to November 2021, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and HR strategy. Sagar's earlier roles include Talent Acquisition - APAC and HR Generalist at TomTom from September 2007 to May 2013, as well as an Executive role in Recruitment at TechMahindra from April 2006 to September 2007. Sagar holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in 2007.
