Edward Phelps

Edward Phelps is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across multiple regions, including Europe, North America, and Australia. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Recruiter at Geosyntec Consultants since December 2022, Edward previously held positions as a Principal Consultant at Hays from September 2018 to December 2022 and as Chief Consultant and Subsea Consultant at Laking Group from November 2011 to March 2016. Edward began a career in recruitment at Savile Lloyd Recruitment and Eximius Technical as a Consultant, starting in September 2009 and continuing until November 2011. Edward holds a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool, awarded in 2007.
