Meredyth Brown, SPHR, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Geosyntec Consultants, having assumed the position in June 2023. With a comprehensive background in benefits management, Meredyth has held various positions at Travelport since September 2011, advancing from Senior Benefits Analyst to Director of Benefits. Previous roles include Benefits Coordinator for the City of Smyrna and Benefits and Compensation Specialist at John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods. Meredyth’s expertise encompasses the strategic implementation of benefits and wellness programs, compliance with legal requirements, and development of effective wellness initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Meredyth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television, and Film from Northeast Louisiana University.
