Rudy Bonaparte

Rudy Bonaparte serves as Professor of the Practice at the Georgia Institute of Technology since August 2016, bringing extensive experience in the engineering sector. As Board Chairman and Senior Principal at Geosyntec Consultants since October 1986, Rudy has also held roles as President & CEO and Principal, ExCom, Board Member. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Director at The Tensar Corporation from November 1983 to October 1986 and as Project Engineer at Woodward-Clyde Consultants from November 1981 to November 1983. Rudy Bonaparte earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
