Sara Henryson

Sara Henryson is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and executive search, currently serving as the Director of International HR Operations and Senior Principal at Geosyntec Consultants since 2023, while also leading HR operations in Europe and Australia. With extensive experience dating back to 1999, notable positions include interim Head of Global Learning & Development at GANT, Senior HR Manager for Europe and the Nordics at Golder, and various leadership roles in executive search across firms such as Humanexus Executive Search, Headlight International, and Ema Partners.
