Cristian Corbu has extensive experience in IT engineering and cloud technologies, currently serving as Team Lead in IT Cloud Engineering at GEOTAB since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading data center migrations to AWS/GCP and developing strategic technology initiatives. Prior to GEOTAB, Cristian worked at BSM Technologies as a DevOPS IT Engineer, focusing on maintaining complex IT infrastructures, and spent significant time at VMware as a Senior Storage Infrastructure Technical Engineer, showcasing expertise in VMware products and troubleshooting storage systems. Earlier roles included technical support and engineering positions in various companies, demonstrating a strong background in systems and network administration, along with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași.
