Nicole Kalisz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and education. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Advisor for GEOTAB, Nicole has successfully onboarded new clients and managed the customer success of the MyGeotab SaaS telematics platform, leading over 1000 training sessions and achieving a 98% positive feedback rate. Previously, as a Senior Client Success Partner at BrightBytes, Nicole demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills, contributing to a 90%+ territory renewal rate in B2B SaaS ed-tech. Nicole also pioneered the Onboarding Specialist role to enhance client experiences for over 350 educational leaders.
