Eric L. Fortin has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Eric L. started their career in the U.S. Army, serving in different positions, including Tank Platoon Leader and Company Commander, where they supervised personnel and managed vehicles and equipment.

After leaving the military, Eric joined Cardinal Glass Industries, where they worked as a Production Supervisor and later as a Project Manager. Eric L. played a crucial role in developing a facility sustainability plan and collaborating with R&D for new coating development.

Eric then joined Strategic Materials, Inc. as a Plant Manager, responsible for the installation and start-up of a glass sorting and grinding facility. Eric L. managed the company's budget, safety, quality, and customer relationships.

Following that, Eric worked at SageGlass, first as a Process Engineer, then as a Coating Operations Manager, and finally as a Production Manager.
