Heath Dahl has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Heath began their career as a Farm Laborer at Dahl Grochowski Farms, where they worked for nearly a decade. In 2010, they had an internship as a Test Engineer at Case New Holland, where they gained valuable experience in conducting various tests and writing test reports. The following year, they worked as a Product Design Coop at Bobcat Company. From 2011 to 2012, they interned as a Product Design Engineer at CNH, focusing on the Ag Group.

In 2013, they joined Oshkosh Defense as a Test and Development Engineer, contributing to the testing and development of their products. Heath then moved on to Buhler Industries Inc. in 2015, where they served as a FarmKing Product Test Engineer. At CNH Industrial, they worked as an NVH Test Engineer from 2016 to 2018, specializing in noise, vibration, and harshness testing.

Heath'smost recent employment is at GEOTEK LLC, where they have held several roles. Heath started as a Test Engineer in 2018 and progressed to become the Test Engineering Manager in 2019. In 2020, they took on the role of Test Engineering and Pultrusion Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Composite Engineering, demonstrating their expertise in the field.

Heath Dahl attended North Dakota State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Heath also obtained a Class A CDL in March 2013 and a DoD Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in March 2013.
