Richard K. Carrier

Richard K. Carrier is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in revenue assurance and customer satisfaction within the toll and parking industries. Serving on the Board of Directors at GeoToll since June 2013 and as Senior Vice President for ETC and Parking Solutions at Penn Credit Corporation since February 2014, Richard focuses on business consulting practices. Richard founded Tax Collection Associates in February 2012, providing investigative services for Homestead Fraud, and established Law Enforcement Systems, Inc. in May 1985, specializing in debt collection for parking and toll violations. Richard also founded Aviation Data Systems, Inc. in June 1995, which concentrated on data analysis of airport flight activities. Richard holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
