Mark Reynolds

Mark Reynolds has held various financial roles over the course of their career. Mark began as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen in 1985, followed by a role as Consultant at Alpha CFO Associates in 2002. From 2004 to 2006, they were CFO at HealthWatchSystems, Inc., Duska Therapeutics, and GeoVax Labs, Inc. Prior to that, they were CFO at CytRx Corporation from 1988.

Mark Reynolds received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia in 1983, and their Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Georgia in 1984.
