Avinash Gatty has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Director at GEP Worldwide since September 2019, following previous positions as Associate Director and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Avinash worked at Microsoft from June 2008 to September 2019 as a Software Engineering Lead, and at IBM from August 2004 to June 2008, also as a Software Engineering Lead. Avinash holds a CBA in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business (2018-2019) and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from UBDT Engineering College (1997-2001).
