Joel Davis

Joel Davis is a seasoned professional in software sales and delivery, currently serving as the Director for GEP Worldwide in the ANZ region since February 2022, following a role as Associate Director at GEP - Technology. Prior to GEP, Joel operated as an Independent Consultant focusing on digital transformation in procurement from August 2020 to February 2023. His earlier experience includes significant roles at IBM, where Joel led customer engagements on the SAP Ariba platform and drove cognitive and digital transformation initiatives. Joel's extensive background in procurement extends back to BHP Billiton, where significant cost savings were achieved during his tenure as Manager of Analysis and Improvement, and earlier positions involved SAP implementation and strategic planning. Beginning as an Engineer at Rio Tinto, Joel developed expertise in technical procurement support and supplier development. Joel holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree from RMIT University.
