Lilit Babaian

Lilit Babaian, MBA, is a Senior Sourcing Manager at GEP Worldwide, focusing on global fleet category management for multinational corporations, including Unilever. Previously, Lilit held various procurement and management roles at companies such as Honeywell and Garrett - Advancing Motion, where they contributed to procurement strategies across multiple regions. Lilit earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the American University of Armenia and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the State Engineering University of Armenia. Additionally, they are currently an ICF certified Coach in Applied Psychology through Erickson Coaching International.
