Subhro Sengupta is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in process automation, engineering, and operations, having held significant roles at prestigious companies such as ITC, Asian Paints, and Emerson. Currently a Principal Consultant at GEP Worldwide, they leverage their extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic partnerships to improve procurement strategies. As a co-founder of Merriant Fashiontech Pvt Ltd, Subhro developed a successful hair extensions export business and has also initiated other ventures in manufacturing and e-commerce. With a robust academic foundation including an MBA from IIM Calcutta and ongoing executive education at the University of Washington, Subhro combines technical and business acumen to drive innovation in manufacturing industries.
