Jace Erickson

Jace Erickson is a highly experienced senior preconstruction manager currently at Gephart Electric since July 2020, with a robust background at Parsons Electric LLC from 2005 to 2020, progressing through roles from project engineer to director of preconstruction. Jace has also held significant leadership positions in the Minnesota Air National Guard, serving as operations superintendent and first sergeant, overseeing personnel and morale within the Civil Engineer Squadron. Jace's earlier career includes estimation and project management roles at Elliott Contracting and Claude M Anderson Electric. Jace holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Mechanical and Electrical Technology and Human Resource Management.
