Chandra Hughes CIWFM is an experienced facilities management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Facilities Management at Gerald Eve since November 2017, Chandra oversees the UK FM Department, focusing on recruitment, team management, and the implementation of safety and environmental systems. Previous roles include Director of Facilities Management at Helix Property Advisors Ltd, where strategic improvements in efficiency were achieved, and Senior Facilities Manager at CBRE Management Services, responsible for budgeting and operational oversight. Chandra also held positions as Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE UK and Facilities Manager at Land Securities Trillium.
