Lloyd Davies

Lloyd Davies has over 25 years of experience as a chartered commercial surveyor. Lloyd served as Head Of Department at Gerald Eve LLP from April 2006 until the present, where they focused on the Central London office market and provided professional advice for buying, selling, and investment decisions in commercial property. Prior to that, they were the Head of the Offices Group at GERALD EVE LLP from March 2005 until April 2006, specializing in London commercial real estate, office investment, capital market advice, lease transactions, valuation, and development projects. Lloyd also had experience working with corporate, private, and institutional investors, as well as major charities and London Estates.

Lloyd Davies attended Pencoed, South Wales from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Town Planning & Land Economy. Lloyd received their degree from the University of Wales College Cardiff and St Edmunds College, Cambridge.
