Alex Kasun

Alex Kasun has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, currently serving in brokerage services at Gerald Nell Inc. since April 2002, where the company manages over 2 million square feet of industrial and office properties in southeastern Wisconsin. Responsibilities include leasing and purchasing commercial real estate and asset management for local investment companies. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a real estate broker at The Polacheck Company from April 1994 to March 2002, specializing in the leasing and sales of shopping centers, standalone restaurants, and retail development land. Alex holds a BA in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, OH, and graduated from Marquette University High School.
