Andrea Kelly

Andrea Kelly, RPP, is an executive leader and registered professional planner who is currently the Vice President of Land Development at Geranium. Previously, they held key positions such as Director of Planning and Regulatory Affairs at Holcim Canada and General Manager of Infrastructure and Growth Management for the City of Barrie. Andrea has extensive experience in community planning, strategic development, and stakeholder engagement, having also served as Principal at Bourrie & Associates and Senior Planning Director at MMM Group. They pursued advanced management education at institutions like IMD and the University of St. Gallen, further enhancing their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Now semi-retired, Andrea continues to tackle meaningful projects for a select group of clients.
