Klevison Freitas

Klevison Freitas currently serves as the Coordenador de Manutenção at Gerdau, beginning in September 2023, focusing on strategic planning and oversight of maintenance operations. Previously, Klevison was the Gerente de Manutenção at MoTech, where a significant restructuring of the maintenance sector led to enhanced operational efficiency and cost reduction. At Ford Motor Company, Klevison held various roles, including Engenheiro de Manutenção (Líder) and Engenheiro de Manufatura, contributing to innovative revitalization projects and the efficient management of production teams. Early experience includes work as a Técnico de manutenção industrial and auxiliar de limpeza técnica within Ford Nordeste. Klevison holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Wyden and a Tecnólogo in Logística from Uninter, along with an ongoing Executive MBA at USP/Esalq.
