Rhoger Cardoso

Rhoger Cardoso is a skilled safety technician with extensive experience in the field of occupational safety. Currently serving as a Técnico de segurança do trabalho at Gerdau since June 2024, Rhoger has previously held similar roles at Real Guindastes and Vallourec, focusing on risk assessment and safety management in diverse environments. Additionally, Rhoger worked at RHI Magnesita, where responsibilities included both management and fieldwork involving high-stakes operations in Altos Fornos/Aciaria, contributing to safety training, CIPA activities, and ISO45001 compliance. Rhoger’s career began in the maintenance sector with roles as a Mecânico de manutenção and Mecânico de equipamentos at Ferrous Resources do Brasil and CSN, respectively.
