Sumit Saurav

Sumit Saurav is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore since August 2023, with prior experience as a Project Manager at JungleWorks and as a Summer Intern at the Buddha Fellowship Program, where involvement included project appraisal of horticulture projects in Madhya Pradesh. Sumit served as a Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited, participating in the hot trail of billet and beam-blank casters, and held the position of Assistant Manager at Cummins India Ltd, focusing on supplier quality improvement. Sumit holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA in Economics & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, and a B-Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Ranchi.
