Olivier Charles

Olivier Charles serves as the Group Digital Transformation Director at Gerflor since September 2011, leading the newly established Digital Transformation Department to enhance digital capabilities across the organization. Previously, Olivier held the position of Group Transformation Programs Director, overseeing a diverse portfolio of IT and process-related transformation projects. Earlier roles include Head of Supply Chain Projects Department, responsible for a significant portfolio of supply chain initiatives, and Supply Chain Project Manager, where Olivier successfully implemented a new Warehouse Management System. Before joining Gerflor, Olivier worked at GEODIS and Groupe PSA in various logistics and supply chain roles, highlighting extensive experience in project leadership and process optimization. Olivier holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec and certifications in production and inventory management as well as project management.
