Joel McCausland

Joel McCausland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joel began their career as the Director of Curriculum Development at Franklin Covey in 1995, where they managed a team responsible for developing personal development and executive coaching programs. Joel then worked as a Senior Consultant/Trainer at the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness (CMOE), where they designed and delivered leadership, communications, and coaching training for Fortune 500 corporations. During this time, they also co-authored a book and developed new leadership training curricula. In 2003, Joel joined Connor Sport Court International as the Sales Director, where they successfully navigated the company through significant changes and developed new sales channels and contracts. Joel is currently the Director of Training and Sales Support at Gerflor USA, where they continue to contribute their expertise in leadership and sales.

Joel McCausland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications, and Psychology from Brigham Young University. Prior to that, they attended Pleasant Grove High School.
