Jim Oakes

Jim Oakes has over 18 years of experience in human resources and operations management. Jim is currently the Head of HR at Tru Cabinetry, responsible for managing the company's human resources department. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Human Resources at DaikyoNishikawa Corp and Head of Human Resources at Gerhardi Kunststofftechnik GmbH. Jim also worked as an HR Consultant and was previously employed by Eissmann Group Automotive, where they held a human resources role for over a year. Jim has extensive experience in leading human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and strategic planning. Jim also has operations management experience from their time as an Operations Manager at New South Express, where they oversaw various administrative functions in addition to human resources.

Jim Oakes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from Kennsaw College. Jim also holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and as an HRCI PHR / SHRM-CP.
