Bartosz Kowalski

Bartosz Kowalski has worked as a software engineer since 2012 at Germain Software, LLC. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Business Applications Software Developer at CERN, where they were responsible for the entire software development process, including gathering requirements, designing, coding, testing, documenting and maintaining IT systems to automate business processes. Bartosz also managed upgrades to new versions of the product, provided direct support to internal and external users, and wrote, tuned and deployed complex SQL reports based on users' requirements. Additionally, they were accountable for Business Intelligence solutions, including analyzing and modeling large volumes of data, contributing to the implementation of decision-making reports, implementing and maintaining meta data, and developing dashboards for top management. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Software Developer at LIRIS, where they were responsible for finding and implementing the best algorithm to model and visualize the vascular system based on real captured data. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Web and 3D Designer on a freelance basis.

Bartosz Kowalski's educational history includes attending the Karol Marcinkowski Secondary School in Pozna from 1999 to 2002, followed by the European High School Montebello from 2002 to 2002, where they obtained a Baccalauréat (French Language) in Série scientifique (S). Bartosz then attended the College of Communications and Management from 2003 to 2004, obtaining a BSc in IT. Finally, they attended Université Claude Bernard (Lyon I) from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a BSc and MSc in IT.
