Richard Nicholls possesses extensive experience in the agricultural and seed technology sectors, currently serving as the EU Commercial Manager for Field Crops & Polymers at Germains Seed Technology since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing commercial operations related to Sugar Beet, Fodder Beet, and Chicory for European clients. Prior to this role, Richard served as the European Commercial Manager at Germains Seed Technology, focusing on driving business growth and fostering customer-supplier relationships. With a strong background in research and development for sugar beet processing and strategic commercial roles at British Sugar, Richard has demonstrated expertise in crop management, procurement, and logistics. Richard holds an MBA in Supplier Management from the University of Wolverhampton and possesses foundational education from Shuttleworth Agricultural College.
