John Younger is an experienced leader in recruitment and technology, currently serving as Chief Collaborator at RecruiterShare.net and holding board positions at the Marin Rowing Association and German Accelerator Tech. As President, CEO, and Mojo Master of HireMojo, Younger leads an innovative hiring automation platform, while also advising the Women's Technology Cluster. Previously, Younger co-founded and served on the board of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association and founded Accolo Business Services, an award-winning RPO firm. Younger has held executive roles at TriNet and y/net, the latter of which was an early RPO pioneer. Education includes an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan and a BS in Math/Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame.
