Uwe Scharfy

Uwe Scharfy serves as the Executive Vice President at WashTec AG and the Chief Executive Officer & President at Mark VII Equipment, both roles held since May 2024. Additionally, Uwe holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Apprenticeship Training Council at the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. since August 2020 and is a member of the Board of Directors for Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since 2019. Previously, Uwe was a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer at Baumer of America from June 2017 to May 2024 and held multiple leadership roles at Heinrich Georg GmbH from 1995 to 2017, including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager. Uwe's educational background includes a Strategic Leadership degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Catawba Valley Community College, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
