Benjamin Babcanec

Benjamin Babcanec currently serves as Senior Regional President at German American, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Benjamin was with Heartland Bank for over a decade, advancing from Branch Manager to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing retail sales and operations. Benjamin's career began at Norwalk Concrete as a Laborer from 1997 to 2001. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Toledo and completed advanced studies at the Graduate School of Banking-Madison between 2010 and 2012.
