Gracjan Ogrodowski has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Junior Consultant at IBM Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2006. In the same year, they also worked as a Junior Marketing Assistant at General Motors. In 2007, they became an Export Specialist at HTL-STREFA S.A. and in 2008, they were an Operational Director Deputy at Lagardère Travel Retail. In 2010, they began working as a Digital Account Manager at a Marketing Creative Agency as a freelancer. In 2014, they were a Senior Digital Account Manager at ARIP, and in 2015, they became an Account Strategist Poland at Criteo. Since 2018, they have been a Manager eCommerce and Performance at German Autolabs.

Gracjan Ogrodowski obtained a Master's Degree in Marketing and Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2001 and 2008.
