Laura Just M.m. (Mediation)

Laura Just, M.M. (Mediation) has extensive work experience in the legal field. Laura is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (DZNE), a position they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Syndikusrechtsanwältin at Universitätsklinik Köln from July 2019 to March 2022. Laura also has several years of experience as an Unternehmensjuristin, first at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. from August 2008 to June 2019, and later at Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY from August 2007 to July 2008.

Laura Just, M.M. (Mediation), has a diverse educational background. Laura began their education at Amos-Comenius Gymnasium in Bonn, where they completed their secondary education and obtained their Abitur in 1998. Following this, they attended the European School Brussels I for two years. In 2000, Laura enrolled at the University of Trier to study law, and they continued their legal education at the University of Padua in Italy in 2001. Laura returned to Germany and earned their first Staatsexamen in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich in 2004. Laura then completed their Referendariat (judicial clerkship) at the Oberlandesgericht Munich from 2004 to 2006, culminating in their second Staatsexamen. Finally, they pursued a Master of Mediation degree at FernUniversität in Hagen from 2008 to 2011, specializing in mediation.
