Stefan Schaffner

Stefan Schaffner is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and management. As the Founder and CEO of BAScloud GmbH since January 2021, and a member of the Vorstand at the German Platform for Technology & Innovation (gpti) since February 2023, Stefan has demonstrated leadership in the tech industry. Stefan's tenure as CEO spans multiple organizations, including ProFM Facility & Project Management GmbH since October 2009, new|frontiers software gmbh since October 2002, and ASS it-Systemhaus GmbH since November 1989. Additionally, Stefan co-founded and served as CEO of APIIDA from February 2017 to December 2020 and led accessec gmbh and Vero Certus GmbH as CEO. With a background in technology, having held the position of CTO at VIVA Systems from January 1999 to December 2002, Stefan's educational foundation was established at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 1993 to 1998.
