Elizabeth Elliott has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Germania Insurance since August 2022. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked at Mercury Insurance, where they held various roles. From June 2018 to August 2022, they served as the National Communications & Training Manager, responsible for developing training materials and ensuring clear communication within the organization. From December 2014 to June 2018, they worked as the National Sales Education Consultant, focusing on training and developing sales teams. Before that, Elizabeth was a Commercial Representative in the Midwest region, from March 2013 to December 2014, and a Marketing Representative in the Los Angeles area from August 2010 to February 2013. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Marketing Representative at Farmers Insurance, where they worked from March 2007 to July 2010, assisting exclusive agents with increasing their knowledge and production of personal lines insurance products.
Elizabeth Elliott has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Biola University. Elizabeth also participated in a Semester Abroad Program in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Roehampton.
