Jana Willey has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Jana currently serves as the Director of Sales at Germania Insurance since November 2021. Prior to that, Jana was the Assistant Director of Property Claims at Germania Insurance from February 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they focused on improving customer experience and efficiency through virtual claim settlements and strategic decision-making. Before joining Germania Insurance, they worked at Farmers Insurance as a Property Field Claims Supervisor from September 2014 to April 2016 and as a Senior Property Field Claims Representative from March 2011 to September 2014. Jana began their career at Chick-fil-A Corporate as an Operational Manager from June 2008 to March 2011.

Jana Willey obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from Texas Tech University in 2009. Later, in 2024, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Additionally, they obtained an Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) certification from The Institutes in 2019.
