Currently serving as the Property Claims Unit Manager at Germania Insurance since November 2014, Russell has previously held positions as a Senior Property Claims Rep III and a Claims Rep II (Field). Prior to this role, Russell worked at Crawford & Company as a Senior Property Adjuster, where responsibilities included managing business property, liability, and casualty claims across multiple insurers. Russell's career began at Pilot Catastrophe Service as a Property Claims Adjuster, focusing on inspecting damages and determining coverage. Russell holds a degree from McNeese State University.
