Stefan Rörig

Stefan Rörig has a strong background in continuous improvement and lean management. Stefan started their career as an Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik - Operative Instandhaltung at BENTELER Stahl/Rohr and later completed their Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik. Stefan then joined BENTELER Automobiltechnik GmbH, where they held multiple roles including Lean Manager, Production Unit Manager, and CIP Coordinator - Operative Maintenance. In these positions, they conducted trainings, implemented lean practices, and contributed to the strategic development of the lean production system. Currently, Stefan is working as the Head of Continuous Improvement at GERMANIA WERK Krome GmbH & Co. KG. In this role, they are responsible for implementing lean strategies, conducting training and coaching sessions, facilitating optimization workshops, and developing a lean culture within the organization. Stefan also focuses on KPI reporting and the development of sustainable shopfloor management practices.

Stefan Rörig completed their education in 2013 at the Technische Akademie Hameln. Stefan obtained a degree in Industriemeister, specializing in Elektrotechnik.
